All events at the Scottish Cultural Center were cancelled from March 2020 until recently. The United States joined our sister countries, Scotland, Canada, and the rest of the world, in this unprecedented Pandemic called the Coronavirus outbreak.
Our Cultural Center has been slowly opening up slowly and safely. We held a couple of events outside – Junk in the Trunk, and 2nd Fridays. Attendees came prepared wearing masks and practicing social distancing. The events were a success! We held a watch party for Off Kilter’s Livestream Concert in Orlando on the big screen, and have beginning to hold concerts indoors to a limited audience with distancing. Seats are spread out and we ask attendees to wear masks. Your safety is very important to us.
We hope our members have been taking care of themselves and each other, and we hope that you will return to the Scottish Cultural Center for an event real soon. In the meantime, please stay safe and well.
