We have a nice Hall for rent in a great location!
Discover our Scottish Cultural Center in Downtown Dunedin
We’ve got a great venue for that birthday party, family reunion, baby or wedding shower, wedding reception, music event, celebration of life, or large meeting space! Our Hall is conveniently located in Downtown Dunedin across from the Caledonia Brewery on the east end of Downtown. The Jolley Trolley rides past our Hall!
The Main Hall is approximately 55′ x 36′, an adjacent 23′ x 18′ side room, named the MacGregor Room. We can seat 125. As you see by some of the below photos, this hall can be transformed into a beautiful venue to suit your every need.
The Hall is tastefully decorated and our kitchen has a microwave for heating things up and a refrigerator available to use for food storage during your event. We are not licensed for cooking on site but your caterer can keep food warm by using suitable heating equipment.
We have 140 chairs available and 8′ tables to accommodate your needs. We also have some 6′ and a few 4′ square tables.
Rental rates are $150 per hour. We require a $100 deposit (refundable upon satisfactory inspection at the end of your rental) to secure your booking. Every booking is to include all hours you will need to be in the hall, including set up and clean up.
Please note that the City of Dunedin has a Noise Ordinance which states that no amplified music can be played after 11:00 pm. All rentals MUST end (be ready to vacate after clean up) by Midnight.
